  • It is NOT necessary you are a RN, but MUST BE Licensed, as Nursing Home Administrator in Commonwealth of Virginia is required. If you have this licensure in another state that is in good standing and able to obtain in Virginia, we will consider you.

To be considered you should have the following:

  • 5-7 years experience in Nursing Home Administration
  • Strong Long Term Care experience
  • Strong leadership management experience…successful track record of making a positive impact as a leader and supportive of staff
  • Able to deal with difficult challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Has worked in a facility comparable in size ( 120 beds)
  • MUST have a stable job history. (Our client will not consider someone who changes jobs every 2 years)


  • Hours are 8 am-5pm- on call ONLY as needed for weekends and holidays
  • In this role you will report to the ADM Director
  • You will be responsible for 14 direct reports, total staff of around 105

Salary starts at $ 100,000 and can go up quite considerably from here depending on your years of experience. Our client can offer $5,000 sign on bonus and up to $10K relocation assistance.  This position is eligible for a leadership incentive program with a target bonus of 7.5% of base up to 11.25% annually based on the client facility meeting its business goals.
