Do you have a successful track record working in an acute care hospital setting where you are responsible for physician relations and credentialing?
If yes, we are in search of a Medical Staff Services Director who is experienced in long range strategic planning that may affect the operational efficiency of the Department and the Hospital as it relates to its physician staff.
To be considered you should have the following:
- While a Bachelors degree is acceptable, our client prefers a Masters Degree in Health Administration or some related healthcare degree.
- 4-7 years leadership experience in Medical Staff Services or related role.
- Outstanding communication skills with physicians and staff. How would the physicians and medical staff where you are currently working, describe your communication skills?
- Good Financial management experience
Salary starts at $ 65,000 and goes into the 6 figures depending on the years experience you have. This is also a Bonus Eligible role.
