Our client is a software technology company that helps businesses streamline their employment processes from recruiting and hiring through termination or retirement and everything in between. With a robust suite of products that includes payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition, HR management and talent management, the company lowers labor costs, drives employee engagement and reduces compliance exposure.
Sales Representatives will sell the company’s products and services to customers in the assigned region. They will personally contact customers and secure new business accounts. Will be expected to continually maintain clients and a professional image.
- Building and maintaining good customer relationships with potential customers
- Cold Calling Establish new accounts by planning, setting appointments, and organizing daily schedule
- Maintains knowledge of products and services
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
- Discuss discovered customer needs and problems and facilitate solutions
- Regular attendance as required at sales meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher with 2.8+ GPA
Salary : $70,000 – $70,000
