Candidates must have experience working in a CPA firm or very similar professional services organization where they are responsible for concurrently scheduling a minimum of 50 professionals (CPAs or attorneys or engineers), coordinating with upper management. Candidates must be experienced in dealing with upper management and scheduling / billing out professionals at the Senior, Manager, and Director levels, being aware of appropriate billing rates, personality issues, etc. Prefer a BS degree. We offer a high base salary, paid overtime, bonuses, and great benefits, along with a very reasonable work life balance. Preferred base salary range of $70K – $85K.
Additional position open for a light HR / Recruiting Assistant to schedule interviews, do basic sourcing on LinkedIn, etc. Prefer some HR recruiting experience and must have a great attitude and very good communication skills. This lower level position can pay $40K – $45K base plus overtime. Prefer a BS degree and 1-3 years of experience.
