Our growing boutique CPA / consulting firm is searching for ATS (Accounting and Transaction Services) Managers / Directors for our Los Angeles and Orange County offices! Ideal candidates will have similar titles and responsibilities within a Big-4 or national CPA / consulting firm. We will also train Audit / Assurance Managers who desire this specialization.
Boutique CPA and Consulting firm has a need for two management professionals in Woodland Hills, and one in Irvine. Depending on experience, the title (and appropriate compensation) can be either Manager or Director. This role would oversee a team providing technical accounting services, due diligence, and post-transaction work for pre-IPO and public companies primarily based throughout Greater Los Angeles. Our goal is to double in size by 2018 and we are well on track to do so, with promotional and growth opportunities mixed with challenging work and amazing clients. The ideal profile includes:
5+ years of experience with at least 3 years managing and leading project teams (preferably in a consulting capacity)
Big 4 or National Accounting Firm experience
Transaction and/or IPO readiness experience, revenue recognition (ASC 606), financial reporting, and preparing technical accounting memo experience
SEC company experience
CPA License is a plus
Base salary at the Manager level ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 (based on experience). Base salary at the Director level ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 (based on experience).
+ Monthly overtime bonus (overtime is discretionary to the candidate)
