Our client is a leading Architecture and Design firm with offices in the Midwest. Based on current and projected growth, they’re looking for a Registered Architect that will have overall project management responsibilities for assigned projects and teams.
The Architect / Project Manager will act as the contact for clients from the design phase through the end
of construction, to included schedule, budget, and quality and ensure that the goal or intent of the design is
achieved, fulfilling our client’s expectations and ensuring the building follows all structural codes and
construction standards. This involves verifying the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and
specifications as well as communicating with the contractors on the project.
Qualified candidates must possess both strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working project sites and in an office setting.
- 7-10 years’ of experience on commercial projects serving the public sector
- Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Master’s Degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Revit.
- Ability to visit sites as required to meet client expectations. Overnight travel is minimal.
