Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To assist, support, and work closely with clients, staff, and other team members in providing payroll, tax, bookkeeping and accounting services.
Effectively prioritize work volume utilizing multi-tasking skills in order to meet filing deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Associates degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of five years of paraprofessional experience.
Bookkeeping services including data entry, bank reconciliations and other related duties.
Payroll tax returns.
Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks).
Organized and detailed oriented.
Excellent communications skills.
Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
