  • Lead a team of direct hire inside sales reps to meet and exceed their quota.
  • Build a culture of inclusion and high performance against expected KPI’s
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership
  • Creating strategy to drive and sell new business
  • Lead your team to follow a consultative sales methodology, position all its products and services to help potential prospects & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals


  • 10+ years sales experience
  • Management experience of at least 4-5 years
  • History in working in an inside sales environment, selling SaaS based solutions with a recurring revenue stream.
  • Selling to technical recruitment teams in the staffing industry is highly desirable
  • Hunting for new prospects and customers required
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined and results-driven, start-up mentality
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience


  • Hybrid Role. (Office 2 or 3 times a week in Mid-Town Manhattan).
  • Travel as needed once it is safe to do so.
