This Senior Financial Analyst position is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance activities, supporting budgeting, forecasting and long range planning processes, preparing management reporting and providing analytical support across global business units. This role works closely with Global Business Unit Controllers, Accounting and IT departments.


Essential Duties& Responsibilities:

Manage and publish monthly reporting packages for management and adjust content to changing information and performance measurement needs of the business. Manage and publish monthly SG expense reports and lead meetings with department heads


Review, maintain and monitor accuracy of financial reports and processes that leverage Data Warehouse / HFM by collaborating with BI team


Present and train on PBI financial reports to all necessary stakeholders


Participate in ongoing initiatives to develop/implement tools for strengthening and enhancing BI and data governance Implement processes and as required for continuity


Lead and/or provide support for strategic projects and initiatives by developing a project plan, meeting with necessary stakeholders, investigating issues and deliver recommendations on potential solutions Lead bi-weekly meetings with IT on current projects  Assist with development of forecasts and long range planning of operating budgets Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate variances and communicate findings to management Leverage various financial tools (PBI, DW, HFM)to provide more actionable business insights and understanding Respond to ad-hoc questions from business units and finance leaders Partner with teams to complete month end financial close activities


Develop and build effective working relationships with department and senior leadership to foster collaboration and trust

Possess strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication skills including ability to summarize information in actionable, presentable format for executives and investors Advance Excel skills (ability to nest formulas, manipulate pivot tables)


Proficient in HFM, JDE, Data Warehouse Power BI experience strongly preferred


Education :


Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as financial reporting, forecasting and analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
