Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of new home construction and remodeling projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final completion.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations throughout the construction process.
- Maintain transparent and open communication with clients, team members, and project partners, addressing concerns promptly and building strong relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both new construction and remodeling processes, seeking innovative solutions and best practices.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in residential construction methods and technologies for both new homes and remodels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in managing both new home construction and remodeling projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build trust with a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on detail.
- Proficient in construction software and project management tools relevant to the residential construction industry, including those specific to new home construction and remodeling.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations specific to both new home construction and remodeling.
