Apply for the Maintenance Technician position
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and the preventive maintenance duties on various plant equipment.
- Provides assistance to operations with machine setup as needed.
ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs to various equipment.
- Performs scheduled repairs & PM’s to various equipment.
- Provides assistance to operations with machine setup as needed.
- Uses technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic to aid in the troubleshooting and repair of various equipment.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment
- 2+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines
