Our client is a global leader in addressable media solutions. They focus on 3 core areas to deliver a one-stop approach to their clients: cleaner data, customer privacy, and audience-focused optimization. Due to growth they are seeking to hire a Paid Search Manager to join its NYC Team. Initially the position will be virtual and when it is safe you will work full time out the NYC Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of up to 2 Search Associates
  • Aid in on-boarding new personnel to team
  • Supports Director of Search as day-to-day execution point person in all aspects of Search
  • Execute day-to-day campaign management, quarterly planning and collaborating with the broader team to deliver strong business results.
  • Engage in search and social landscape
  • Develop campaign components including keywords, copy, landing page selection, account structure etc. with oversight from Director of Search
  • Manage budgets towards performance goals
  • Foster relationships with key publisher partners such as Google, Bing, etc.
  • Proactively proposes solutions to correct run rates and improve ROI
  • Responsible for day to day trafficking, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting
  • Accountable for monthly media spend accounting
  • Identifies areas of risk and opportunity through on-going analysis on large data sets
  • Compile data from multiple sources in on-going reporting
  • Present weekly results and explain changes in performance and actions taken to improve results
  • Develops a rapport with publisher partners, internal and client teams
  • Prepares routine and ad-hoc reports in response to client and internal manager questions and requests
  • Executes competitive monitoring and analysis
  • Participates in QA process
  • Anticipates client’s questions and assist in developing responses to client questions
  • Partake in cross-functional initiatives to better understand company service offerings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 4+ years in Search Engine Marketing
  • Background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis and writing
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience managing a complex task list and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new tools and all terminology used in SEM
