Operations Excellence Engineer
Location: Cleveland, OH, Dallas or Philadelphia
Description:
This position is with a high-purity, PSM-regulated specialty chemical manufacturing company with sites in Cleveland, Dallas, and Philadelphia with more sites abroad. This person can work out of the corporate office in Cleveland or at one of the two other sites (Philadelphia or Dallas) and carry out process optimization and reliability initiatives from that location with travel out to the other manufacturing sites. This position will report to the VP of Operations for the company and will own the six-sigma program within the company, training other green belts, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years out of manufacturing
- Chemicals
- Foods
- Polymers
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification is preferred
