Apply for the Plant Operations Manager position
The Operations Manager will manage up to 200 people and be in charge of running the Converting business. Manage all aspects of converting for a 24/7 multiple shift operation.
Need a strong, hands on leader who knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people and can manage a large group of people. The person has to have experience managing people either in paper converting or tissue converting to be considered. Experience managing High Performance Work Teams would be a plus. Strong continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience essential. Would consider a Plant Manager from a smaller facility as long as they are open to being an Operations Manager for a bigger plant.
