* Litigation support experience with another law firm or discovery vendor.
* Law firm or professional services IT experience.
* Good solid apps support experience – helpdesk, troubleshooting, experience with Windows and data management.
* Data processing experience, which involves using eCapture, or some other equivalent program, to run data through tools so lawyers can review it.
* Someone who has technical aptitude, is eager to learn, has good customer services skills, and able to communicate via telephone and or email.
