In this pivotal role, you'll embark on a quest to grow our market share in designated geographic regions, working closely with a diverse cast of characters – from engineers to finance wizards. Together, you'll craft an epic tale of innovation, commitment, and customer satisfaction, all while reducing the operating costs of wind energy for our clients.Responsibilities:
- An affinity for wind energy, preferably backed by a strong wind gearing background.
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to build rapport with industry decision-makers and keep your team informed.
- At least five years of experience navigating the wilds of regional sales management and a thorough understanding of the designated sales region.
- The ability to wield powerful tools like Microsoft® Office to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, from local managers to global C-level executives.
- Qualifying and pursuing opportunities that align with our capabilities and core principles.
- Collaborating with various departments and the Wind Sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the development and implementation of our growth strategy for the designated region.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, at least 10 years of experience in the wind gear industry.
- A minimum of five years related experience and/or training.
Location:
This is a fully remote position headquartered in Dallas / Ft. Worth TX. Preference given to candidates living in Texas or the Central US Region.
Travel:
You will spend most of your time working from home and visiting customers. Travel is around 50%, both in terms of visiting customers and traveling to the FW office.
Compensation:
