The territory includes all US states east of MN, IO, MO, TN, MS. (inclusive) The final territory assignment is subject to change, and preference will be given to qualified candidates based in the following regions: Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, or New England.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in area of study such as: Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Sciences, or similar

 

 Experience:

  • 5+ years in a field sales role providing solutions for environmental or process analyzers, environmental safety, gas detection, measurement and control, automation, or similar.
  • Direct experience working with customers in private companies, various forms of public organizations, and governmental departments, branches, divisions, sites, etc. Familiarity with the differences in organizational goals, support expectations, and funding approaches used by these different customer forms is necessary.
 
 

Position: Regional Sales Manager – Americas (Remote)

Company Overview: Our division, established in 1990 specializes in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge gas analysis systems and emission monitoring solutions. We are dedicated to providing solutions that measure gas emissions in industrial processes, monitor natural sources, and ensure safe working environments.

Job Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager for the Americas, you will play a crucial role in selling and supporting our innovative solutions. This remote position requires collaboration with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to achieve sales targets in workplace health and safety applications across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales related to environmental or process analyzers and a proven track record of successful solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve annual sales targets through direct sales, channel partner collaboration, key account management, and strategic planning.
  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, capabilities, and customer business goals, acting as a customer advocate within the organization.
  3. Develop and nurture channel partners, providing training, support, and ensuring alignment of joint business goals.
  4. Contribute technical expertise to company marketing initiatives and occasionally provide technical service and support to customers.
  5. Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to CRM utilization, order processing, forecasting, event execution, and expense management.
  6. Adapt to other duties as needed to contribute to the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in a field sales role related to environmental or process analyzers, gas detection, measurement and control, or automation.
  • Direct experience working with diverse customers in private companies, public organizations, and governmental departments.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the USA and Canada without restriction.
  • Appropriate home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity.

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in both in-person and digital sales and support activities.
  • Experience contributing to technical marketing content.
  • Familiarity with international manufacturing companies or service providers executing industrial contracts in the Americas.
  • Proficiency in Zoho and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.

Key Hard Skills:

  • Understanding of physics and chemistry concepts related to analytical measurement of gases.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as profit margin, credit terms, and expense management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Skype, Teams, One Drive, Concur, CRM, and related software.
