Senior Corporate Finance Analyst

Job Profile:

Initially remote but need to be in the Tampa area within 6-9 months. Some travel

Senior corporate finance role to support the finance and acquisition functions. This role reports directly to the CFO and will interact with the senior executive team on a regular basis. This role would touch all aspects of corporate finance including complex financial modeling, valuation, budgeting/forecasting, deal structuring, due diligence, and corporate development support in a highly acquisitive organization at the cusp of its exponential growth trajectory. The role would further have the opportunity to develop and build key management dashboards, board reporting, and M&A processes.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA a plus
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or financial consulting with a preference for experience with financial services businesses
• Financial modeling skills and a firm understanding of financial accounting
• M&A experience a plus
