The Field Service Tech role is a Salary position with 75% travel mostly around TX, LA, OK and Mid-West US. The company pays all expenses while on the road at client locations and provides very liberal time off and comp time off. You will be scheduled to visit key client locations and to meet with clients who have equipment issues that were not able to be handled remotely through internet connections or over the phone with tech support. Some weeks you may be gone 4 days while others you may be at home an only making phone calls to support customer questions.

This is a role focused on the TIJ and label application products. The role will cover a multi state region focused on clients around your home location to minimize overnight travel. You should expect the role to be 70% of the time out in the field in front of clients. Their product has the best “up time” in the industry since it works on a cartilage and can integrate with any device to receive printing data. Their solutions are often 1/3rd the cost of a competitors with lower maintenance and supply cost. The role is to provide service over the phone, email and in person to clients with deployed equipment under service contract. You will need to diagnose, repair and document equipment repairs. You may be called on to provide a root cause analysis and a long term fix / solution for clients. You need to be calm under pressure, independent in your work and resourceful in troubleshooting and repairs on site. You may be called on to train clients, move, install, repair equipment as well as train operators on basic use and maintenance.
They provide excellent training of their product and processes and extensive training after a period of time in the field and basic knowledge is acquired. Final training would require time in HQ .
