Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of training engineers, technicians and consultants, and leading training efforts and the training team. This role focuses on leading the team to success with training programs implementation, training design, and training facilitation. The main responsibility of this role includes effectively and professionally identifying and monitoring training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization. Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry. Supervise 5 personnel.
