|The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to drive, execute and deliver on our recruiting strategy and full-cycle recruiting efforts including, closing candidates, managing internal and external partnerships, and logistics support. Your mandate will also include driving process change to improve key productivity metrics, adding automation and scale, and developing new strategies to attract top talent.|
The Talent Acquisition Manager is charged with managing the internal recruiting team and partnering with hiring managers to ascertain specific hiring needs and identifying the most appropriate recruiting method(s) to attract the highest-quality candidates for open positions.
Salary : $80,000 – $110,000
