We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in planning and coordinating the production, ensuring we deliver on time, every time. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules using our Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system

  • Ensure materials and components are available by coordinating closely with procurement

  • Communicate schedules to the production floor and adjust as needed based on changing priorities

  • Release work orders, create job packets, and track job status

  • Identify scheduling bottlenecks and propose process improvements

  • Monitor schedule adherence and maintain accurate scheduling records

  • Collaborate with production, quality, sales, and engineering teams

  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts

  • Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment


What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Made2Manage a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy


Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with regular interaction on the production floor

  • Must be able to sit, type, and communicate for extended periods

  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs); use of PPE when in production areas

  • Fast-paced environment with deadline-driven tasks
