As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our client base by selling new services and retaining current clients by renewing and expanding licenses for our SaaS solutions. You’ll manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, using consultative selling and recommendations to increase the quality of solutions provided to clients.
Our ideal candidate has B2B experience in the SaaS or IoT space selling to heavy industrial manufacturing. Someone who can build relationships at various levels, work with industrial people, and discuss safety.
Location: This is a work remote opportunity that requires 25-50% travel.
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our business by expanding our client base and retaining current clients. You’ll be responsible for selling new services and renewing and expanding licenses for our SaaS solutions.
You’ll lead the charge in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and using consultative selling and recommendations to increase the quality of solutions provided to clients. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles, maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities and meet sales quotas.
Traveling 25-50% by plane and car, you’ll be the face of our company, building relationships with clients and representing our business in the field. With your drive and expertise, you’ll play a critical role in driving our company’s success.
Skills & Qualifications:
To be a successful Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who has:
- A BS in a relevant field
- Experience selling into the manufacturing, mining, construction, machinery, or steel industry
- B2B experience selling SaaS/enterprise software
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Sugar, or HubSpot
- Experience creating Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) and Statements of Work (SOW’s)
- Strong sales account planning and management experience
- The ability to manage priorities and work under time constraints in a collaborative environment
We’re looking for a candidate who has the relevant background, qualifications, and experience to excel in this role. With a mix of technical know-how and business acumen, you’ll be able to navigate complex sales cycles, maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities and meet sales quotas. Your ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities and collaborate with others will be key to your success.
Benefits include a base salary of $60-70K + bonus up to 30% + commissions, insurance, 401k, and PTO.
