Job Summary:
A cutting-edge business that is redefining work safety by expanding its AI-based (artificial intelligence) product needs an Account Manager for the Midwest. They are growing by leaps and the potential is unlimited.

We need a passionate Account Manager with B2B experience in the PPE or the SaaS space or experience selling to heavy industrial manufacturing. Someone who can build relationships at various levels, work with industrial people, and discuss safety. This is a work remote opportunity that requires 25-50% travel.

Benefits include base $60-70K + bonus up to 30% + commission up to 15%, insurance, 401k, and PTO.Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand client base by selling new services
  • Retain current clients by renewing and expanding licenses for SaaS solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Use consultative selling and recommendation to increase the quality of solutions provided to clients
  • Manage complex sales cycles
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Meet sales quotas
  • Travel 25-50% by plane and car

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS in relevant field
  • Experience in manufacturing, mining, construction, machinery, or steel industry
  • B2B SaaS/enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Sugar, HubSpot)
  • Experience creating MSA's and SOW's (Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work)
  • Sales account planning and management experience
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under time constraints in a collaborative environment
