What Success Looks Like

Set the Course – Design short‑ and long‑term sales plans, budgets, and territory maps aligned with aggressive growth targets.

Coach & Win – Recruit, train, and mentor inside/outside reps; ride shotgun on key calls to model consultative selling.

Grow Key Accounts – Personally engage C‑suite and plant leadership across construction, automotive, marine, agriculture, and heavy‑industry sectors to expand share of wallet.

Unlock New Markets – Partner with fellow VPs, purchasing, and top suppliers to launch joint campaigns, technical workshops, and green‑field territory plays.

Protect the P&L – Own pricing strategy, margin health, travel and promo spend; collaborate with Finance to keep DSO in line.

Elevate Capability – Roll out targeted product, application, and CRM training so every rep closes faster and upsells higher‑margin solutions.
You Bring

Experience: At least five years carrying a quota in industrial sales plus three years leading multi‑rep teams.

Domain Knowledge: Success selling fluid‑power, hydraulic assemblies, fittings, or related mobile‑equipment components.

Financial Acumen: Proven skill in budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.

Mobility: Ready to travel regionally 2–3 days per week with your sales force.

Leadership DNA: Decisive, customer‑obsessed, data‑driven, and skilled at guiding teams through change.
Bonus points if you hold a bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or if you have a deep network in Gulf Coast construction, logistics, or marine markets.
