Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Patent Litigation practice group.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in state of intended employment.
- 3-6 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate patent disputes in federal courts, before the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration settings.
- Represent clients in complex cases involving cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
