Apply for the HVAC Technician – Residential & Boilers position
Our client is hiring an HVAC Technician to service apartment and high-rise boiler systems throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC/boiler expertise who wants to work in a stable, family-oriented company.
What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and boiler systems in apartment communities

Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with heating/cooling systems

Service hydronic and steam boilers and related equipment

Respond to maintenance needs promptly with dependable service
What We’re Looking For

Current HVAC certification (CFC required)

At least 2 years of residential or apartment HVAC/boiler experience

Ability to rebuild and replace pumps, service Johnson HVAC systems, and repair boilers

Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs regularly

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (company vehicle or mileage provided)

Reliable and punctual work habits
