Customer Service / Inside Sales Support (65%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about orders, delivery schedules, and service needs.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate delivery timelines and resolve technical questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and prompt communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing customer accounts.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales progress and customer interactions in the company’s software systems.
Administrative Support (35%)
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling, document preparation, and calendar management.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain office systems, including CRM and ERP platforms, to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and oversee enterprise system updates
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, administrative support, or inside sales.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is strongly preferred; experience implementing these systems is a bonus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Soft Skills:
