We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services and Office Coordinator to join our client's team at a small manufacturer in Springboro that prides itself on its commitment to excellence and long-standing industry reputation. This position is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our customers while supporting the administrative needs of the office. If you are a self-starter with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking, this could be the perfect fit for you!Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service / Inside Sales Support (65%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about orders, delivery schedules, and service needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate delivery timelines and resolve technical questions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and prompt communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing customer accounts.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales progress and customer interactions in the company’s software systems.

Administrative Support (35%)

  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling, document preparation, and calendar management.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office systems, including CRM and ERP platforms, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and oversee enterprise system updates

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in customer service, administrative support, or inside sales.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is strongly preferred; experience implementing these systems is a bonus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
