Executive Assistant & Client Services Coordinator
A small, established manufacturer in Springboro, OH is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to handle customer service, inside sales support, and core executive/office coordination. This is a key role in a tight-knit environment where you’ll be trusted, visible, and central to keeping customer relationships strong and office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service / Inside Sales Support (≈65%)

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and service needs.

Coordinate delivery timelines and work with production to resolve technical questions.

Build strong customer relationships through fast, professional communication.

Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and service documentation.

Support the sales team with account activity tracking and customer follow-up.

Enter and maintain CRM/ERP data; track sales progress and customer interactions.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Executive & Office Support (≈35%)

Provide administrative support to leadership: scheduling, document prep, and calendar management.

Assist with onboarding, benefit-related tasks, and maintaining HR records.

Oversee general office systems, including CRM/ERP accuracy and simple updates.

Perform data entry, maintain organized files, and support small projects as needed.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience
-
2+ years in customer service, inside sales, office coordination, or administrative support.

Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.

CRM or ERP proficiency required; ERP/CRM implementation experience is a plus.
Technical Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
