Job Summary:

A strong leadership character is a must for this Warehouse Manager role. One that has a proven background as a self-thinker, highly motivated, well-organized, strong work ethic, and a team player with a positive attitude is a must. This role will be the key leader in cultivating a team to satisfy the company's internal customers in a lean and effective manner. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team while leading sales for a territory
  • Support the sales team and be a resource to achieve challenging sales and profitability targets
  • Support new business development, trade shows, and promotions
  • Expand client base by selling new services
  • Retain current clients by renewing and expanding licenses for SaaS solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Use consultative selling and recommendation to increase the quality of solutions provided to clients
  • Manage complex sales cycles
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Meet sales quotas
  • Travel 25-50% by plane and car

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS in relevant field
  • Background in management or leadership roles with progressive responsibility
  • Sales Management expeirence
  • 5+ years of experience providing solutions to manufacturing, mining, construction, machinery, or steel industry
  • Business Development / Hunter Mentality
  • Experience in analyzing market information and providing ongoing intelligence to help develop targeted industries and applications, monthly sales activity reports, forecasting, and other relevant feedback
  • B2B SaaS/enterprise software sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Sugar, HubSpot)
  • Experience creating MSA’s and SOW’s (Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work)
  • Sales account planning and management experience
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under time constraints in a collaborative environment
