Apply for the Electrician – Apartment Communities position
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their Special Services Team supporting apartment communities across Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to residents.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment electrical systems

Perform installations, troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance on older systems

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans

Work with security and fire safety systems when needed

Ensure timely, dependable service for residents and team members
What We’re Looking For

Active OCILB State of Ohio Electrical License

Hands-on experience in residential electrical service (minimum 3 years)

Solid knowledge of NEC and Ohio electrical codes

Ability to use hand/power tools and work with conduit, fittings, relays, breakers, and wiring systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Northeast Ohio (company vehicle or mileage provided)
