- Working a 40 to 50 hour work week on first shift
- Overseeing, leading, motivating and correcting production employees
- Being responsible for the shipping schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Allocating production resources
- Removing obstacles preventing the timely completion of production jobs
- Participating in improving production and quality while minimizing cost
- Ensuring the shopfloor is safe and orderly
The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Three or more years of electrical assembly experience
- Three or more years of mechanical assembly experience
- One or more years of shipping schedule responsibility
- A take charge personality
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
