Job Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and formulating aspects of research and development proposals, submitting proposals to management for consideration and allocation of funds, designing mechanical components for motors and pumps, transitioning products from product development to production and assisting in troubleshooting failures to find the root cause and corrective actions. You’ll also collaborate with the sales and production teams to produce new equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is proactive and can lead by example and build a collaborative team in this non-union environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Mechanical or relevant 4-year Engineering Degree
  • PE (professional engineer) status a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Cad Key
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • Experience with pumps and motors
  • Experience assembling prototypes or reverse-engineering assembly/components preferred

Compensation:
Compensation range between $120k – $150k based on experience. Company has a great overall benefits package.
