An AmLaw 50 national law firm is actively seeking Real Estate Associates with 4-6 years of experience in real estate financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). The position allows for flexibility in office location across the firm’s national network.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar certification in the state of office location.
  • 4-6 years of experience in key areas of real estate law including financing, lender representation, and CMBS.
  • Outstanding verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a variety of real estate transactions including financing and lender representation.
  • Draft and negotiate co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
  • Handle transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
