What You’ll Be Doing:

• Optimize Supply Chain: Refine and manage our global supply chain, ensuring systems meet both current demands and future growth. You’ll drive process improvements and innovate solutions that ensure seamless logistics and production.
• Drive Innovation: Lead the charge in implementing new technologies and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency, giving us a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Champion Sustainable Growth: Integrate sustainable practices into every aspect of operations and supply chain, driving initiatives that not only reduce environmental impact but also boost operational performance.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments—including HR, Finance, and R&D—to ensure smooth integration of operations with business goals. Your efforts will ensure all teams are aligned toward our shared vision of success.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a track record of operational success in the supplements or nutraceuticals industry. This is a role for someone who thrives on both strategic growth and hands-on leadership, with the ability to elevate an organization to new heights.

• Experienced Leader: You have at least 10-15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Your industry expertise equips you to handle the challenges of a rapidly growing business.
• Operational Expertise: You have a proven ability to oversee complex supply chain operations and drive innovation in production and logistics.
• Growth-Oriented: Your passion lies in driving growth and scalability. You have the foresight to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and implement changes that propel the business forward.
