Maintenance Technician (Industrial Manufacturing)
Location: Near Orrick, MO
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose issues with automated equipment and PLCs
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly
- Respond to breakdowns and get equipment back online quickly
- Work closely with operations to minimize downtime
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLCs
- Confidence working independently in a fast-paced setting
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Compensation & Schedule
- $37–$45/hour depending on experience and level
- Overtime opportunities available
- Double time on Sundays
- Monthly incentive program
- 24/7 operation with rotating weekend coverage (weekday time off provided)
