In this role, you’ll be instrumental in our company’s success by overseeing and elevating the performance of our departments. You’ll spearhead operations management, implement robust business practices, and ensure efficient parts forecasting and disposal plans. Creating and implementing SOPs for obtaining reportable data, managing rental returns, and maintaining service work orders will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll handle staffing, training programs, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, OEM suppliers, and customers. Compliance with OEM dealer requirements and collaborating on product support initiatives will also be part of your duties.
We’re seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 10 years in management (with at least 5 years in the Heavy Equipment Industry), and a proven track record of building high-performing teams. Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
