Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the Eastern United States. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative sales strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and analyze market trends to drive growth. You will play a pivotal role in setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for the assigned territory to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed.
  • Collaborate with other regions to develop best practices and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and provide detailed reports to management, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and channel partners to drive loyalty and secure new business.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Evaluate sales initiatives to enhance performance and address underperforming areas.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure products meet customer specifications and oversee process improvements.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the sales region, with some international travel and attendance at trade shows.
  • Proven ability to manage large client accounts and implement process improvements and pricing methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the judgment to seek assistance when needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, including equipment and sheet metal, and the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on HVAC products and production.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and presentation to management and clients.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000 annually
