As Engineering Manager
-Be part of a succession plan for future career growth
-Reports to the Sr. VP of Operations with a dotted line to the Sr. VP of Engineering
-Will have three manufacturing engineers as direct reports
-Will have two BOM Specialists as dotted line reports
-Supports three locations in northern IN
-Responsible for oversight of key engineering projects and process improvements
-Reviews and analyzes proposals for new projects to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
-Supports plant specific engineers in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for quality concerns
-Implements corrective action for quality concerns
Candidate profile
-Proven team leadership experience
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to lead a manufacturing engineering team
-Solid mechanical aptitude
-Committed to continuous improvement
-Solid engineering experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, preferably a BSME or a BSMET
-Excellent communication skills
