Growing custom manufacturing and fabrication company seeks Branch Manager to create strategies to increase efficiency and profit and to work with departments to maintain overall effectiveness of the business. The business has a small private family feel and offers autonomy in each unique branch.  The Branch Manager must have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and financial reporting. The environment is fast-paced with long-tenured employees.

  • Manage the hiring process for the location
  • Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
  • Work with Plant Manager to establish production goals and make sure they are achieved
  • Coordinate with Plant Manager to ensure product quality standards are met
  • Assist sales staff with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Oversee financial and production reports to measure overall performance
  • Ensure facility operates with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Work with team to adhere to established operating budgets
  • Ensure your team has the tools and resources required to successfully fulfill their obligations
  • Ensure proper safety policies and procedures are established, safety training is conducted, and OSHA requirements are met
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met
  • Oversee maintenance for building, property, equipment, and vehicles
  • Oversee shipping and receiving
  • Work closely with controller to ensure proper financial procedures are followed and process documentation meets accounting requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 5 years of management experience overseeing a manufacturing facility
  • Pipe or ductile industry experience required
  • 5 years of financial reporting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Acumatica software is an advantage
