Production Coordinator – Walmart experience

We are looking for a Production Coordinator with WALMART experience and a working knowledge of Walmart processes, testing protocols, and costing parameters. Experience working with Walmart as a customer is a must. This person will work with factories and overseas teams for costing. They will meet with marketing to determine items and specs to be quoted. They will review the order when it arrives, checking that sell prices, factory, port, details are what was quoted. They will confirm and recap quantity and ship date to Shanghai/ India / Pakistan as well as obtain deadline dates needed to ship on time. Follow all order details with Shanghai/ India / Pakistan until shipment. Follow up for packaging, carton markings, price tickets, etc. This person will need to be familiar with domestic warehouse orders, domestic customer routing, working with 3PLs, sending customer documents as needed – sales contracts, proforma invoices, packing lists etc. Our client is in the home textile industry and would be open to anyone with a soft goods, textile, apparel background. They are working a hybrid schedule.
