We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of successful field territory sales experience in a business-to-business environment or 8 years of relevant field experience in construction, surveying, or engineering industries. A BA/BS from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is preferred. While a Machine Control background is not necessary, prior experience using Leica or Geomax robotic equipment or something similar is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
  • Utilize broad knowledge of construction, surveying, and engineering industries to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of construction applications to address client needs.
  • Present yourself and the company professionally through various communication channels including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Thrive in an outside sales environment, with a willingness to travel extensively.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while remaining self-directed and disciplined.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Conduct pricing, distribution cost drivers, and margin analysis.
  • Manage key accounts effectively and demonstrate strong account management skills.
  • Demonstrate continuous professional growth and self-development.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with construction layout using robotic total stations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
  • Familiarity with high-definition laser scanning technology.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
