Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative, strategic, and collaborative Vice President of Product Management to join our leadership team. In this role, you will leverage a deep knowledge of Marketing, Sales Automation, and Customer Service to help shape product strategy and subsequently define and deliver the company’s product roadmap and initiatives. An influential and creative leader, you will build, lead, and inspire a diverse team of product managers to deliver incremental value quickly, and to drive innovation. You will collaborate closely with the executive team and cross functionally to define and execute core aspects of our business. You will also work directly with customers and partners. As VP of Product Management, you will enthusiastically and empathetically represent the company brand as we reinvent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, delivery, and strategic alignment
- Define and evangelize product roadmap to all stakeholders, providing clear vision on strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
- Provide thought leadership leveraging substantial customer experience industry and relationships
- Manage, mentor, and coach a diverse, high-performing team of product and knowledge managers
- Perform end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers
- Analyze data to measure impact of product improvements and iterate to optimize performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years managing product managers and directors
- Have successfully scaled and managed teams of 10 or more
- Prior experience in mid-market B2B SaaS software is required
- Experience with both direct sale and channel-based product companies is preferred
- Track record of delivering industry-leading products to market from ideation through execution
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate a shared vision
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and graceful under pressure
- Familiarity with Internet privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or other graduate degree preferred
